Whether as a project manager for renovation work, coordinating construction sites or day-to-day office organisation - Alex ‘The Boss’ loves to optimise processes and make things more effective. Thanks to his extensive experience on construction sites and with all kinds of assembly work, he knows ‘how the hare runs’. He demands full concentration and precise work from everyone involved in the project. Everything is subordinated to the goal of satisfying the customer to the highest degree with a perfect project. Because only a satisfied customer is a good customer!
After a successful day's work, Alex likes to chill out with an after-work beer and cool beats on our terrace or show off his generous nature with a staff meal on the house.
Sabine Willeit
When Sabine whirls back and forth between her office and her ‘fabric paradise’ and leafs through the various manufacturer catalogues lost in thought, you know it's ‘creative time’. Then it's best to leave them alone 😊.
The way she presents her furnishing concepts is unique: equipped with colour fans, fabrics, wood and material samples and sketches, she transports customers into her world of interior design with flowery, captivating explanations. She manages to convince customers of her creative concepts even without modern technical aids. She approaches every project anew with a great deal of sensitivity, lifeblood and passion - and this is what her customers appreciate about her.
Martina Messner
Martina is our little whirlwind at SELECTIV! Whether in Italian or German - her tongue moves just as fast as her thoughts in her head. She needs that to keep on top of things on stressful days with lots of simultaneous projects and tasks. Between customer and supplier phone calls, orders, goods deliveries, office management and coordinating the tradespeople, she always juggles the balls safely and reliably.
And then there's ‘ollm no’ time for a good ‘cafesito’ on our terrace. Because communication and a good atmosphere in the team are important to her.
