Your tasks
Invoice control and preparation of bookkeeping for the business consultant
Preparation and input of business organisation and company control (vehicles, insurance, marketing, etc.)
Preparation of project accounting (time recording of employees and craftsmen, preparation of key figures and cost centre reporting)
Your profile
Independent and structured way of working
Accurate and meticulous work
Team-orientated work
Analytical skills
Proficiency in MS Office applications (especially Excel)
Good knowledge of German and Italian
